INFORMATION ON “R&D CREATIVE RECOURSES FUND”

This Fund was established by Yuri Cherepanov (born in STATEMENT of RUSSIAN NGOs TO DECLARE 2014 YEAR the 115-th ANNIVERSARY of the HAGUE CONFERENCE ON DISARMAMENT, the YEAR of the BEGINNING of the GLOBAL DISARMAMENT, PEACE AND CONSENT (see appropriate site column). Fund also elaborated Russian World Outlook Initiative (see appropriate site column)   1944 in Moscow, military pensioner) in 2013 in accordance with entrust of initiative group of restoration of All-World Forum “Refilling of Creative Mankind recourses” (AWF). AWF elaborated

Fund is lawful successor of AWF. It was registered in accordance with russian juridical procedures as juridical person. Fund opened calculation account in Sberbank. It was registered in Moscow tax organ and so on. Also there was established Trustee Council. 

Now Fund activity is enforced by some volunteers. Fund is trying to organise work with sponsors. The difficult is that right now we don’t have any direct communication with them because many influential people (with whom I had close relations) are dead.
